The Bolling Family Association (TBFA) invites you and your family to join us this summer to meet or greet your cousins and share some family history and genealogy information! Bring your questions!

EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Our reunion event begins Thursday afternoon with a private tour of the historic Bolling Haxall House, just a block from the hotel, so we encourage you to arrive early. In case your hotel room is not quite ready when you check-in, your luggage will be secured in either Mike & Bev Sumy's room or in Carol & Brian Smith's room. After the Bolling Haxall House tour we have an invitation to a local member's home for cocktails prior to going out for dinner on our own.
Our Friday tour begins with private access to the climate-controlled archives in the Library of Virginia, housing so many of our precious Bolling family documents. After lunch in this beautiful building, we'll car pool to the Virginia Museum of History & Culture. Then, back at our hotel on Friday evening we'll be treated to a talk and book signing by Mr. Sommerville Wickham, author of "Edith Bolling Wilson Revealed - What You Should Know".
Saturday morning, we encourage everyone to join us for our Family Meeting, where your Board of Directors will present current and future plans, as well as a copy of our Budget. The afternoon is available for a tour of the Valentine Museum, or genealogy research at the hotel. Our closing Saturday evening Banquet will take place at the beautiful Bolling Haxall House.

Parking: The nearest parking garage is located on 2nd Street and Grace Street that offers hourly and daily rates. There is a guest loading area on 1st Street in front of the hotel.

Check in time is 3 pm and check out is at 11 am. Group rate must be booked by May 20, 2025. Cancellations need to be made 72 hours in advance.

EVENT REGISTRATION:
NOTE: There are two options for registration:
-Full Registration (including all activities) or
-Partial Registration - Per Activity (picking only the activities you plan to attend).
FULL REGISTRATION: This registration covers all Reunion activities for the weekend, which includes Thursday afternoon Bolling-Haxall House tour, Friday tours, Saturday morning Family Meeting, Saturday afternoon tour, family research time, and Saturday evening Family Farewell Banquet at the Bolling-Haxall House.
PARTIAL REGISTRATION - PER ACTIVITY: You must pay for the registration fee and all individual events you plan to attend. There is no registration fee for a Child under 12 yrs of age, however you must pay for any activity they attend. Please enter the number of people attending events and total fees.
